Regular attendance of scheduled therapy sessions is crucial to your child’s progress. Therefore, we require everyone to follow our 80% attendance policy and respect our 24 Hour cancellation policy regarding appointment cancellations and rescheduling. If the session is not canceled with 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee will be charged. Emergency cancellations are accepted for illness, illness of a family member, or death in the family. These sessions must be canceled at least two hours prior to the appointment on the day of the appointment.
